Preparation
Ground work good, conducted efficiently and quickly. South Coast Drives & Patios Ltd amended plan on customer request and re quote for larger job.
Workmanship
No supervision no quality check at completion to ensure work correct and site cleaned. Sandwich wrappers discarded in bushes. Rubble in bushes. Resin mixer cleaned out opposite house used resin mix left. Uneven resin ridge running the length of the drive. Informed that the ridge would wear down in time. No signs of wearing down noticed in 2 months. Multiple areas grey sub base stone is visible on the surface of the resin drive. Resin area under window is different colour. Soak away filled with resin gravel. No attempt to remove. Drain not surrounded with resin. Hole left where debris can fall into drain. Areas where the resin gravel is not flush with the brick surround. Public tarmac pavement damaged during works not repaired
