A simple repair job - failed door seal on a dishwasher - has taken three months and still not been fixed. Jamie is full of promises but doesn't deliver. Took two months and many failed promises before somebody came back after initial visit and then they still failed to stop the leak. Still chasing. Will organise someone else and claim through small claims court. More...
