We also take the meter readings and test smoke alarms. Our detailed reports are supported by high-resolution photographs, including 360 photographs to capture the entire room for robust before and after comparison. Check-in
We can check in new tenants on either their move-in date or before to go through the full inventory report in detail. Meters readings and handover of keys will also be agreed and signed for with the Tenant present at the property.
