Sound2AV also offer full training packages for those using recently installed technical equipment and training for technicians starting out in the industry.

What do you love most about your job?
My job is a culmination of all my favourite things - old theatres, new venues, technical equipment and events. From being small I have been enthralled by theatre and production and the magic that technical equipment can bring to a persons experience, so for me, being able to do that on a daily basis for people and organisations is a joy. I love that on one week we can be providing lighting for 300 international dancers, the next week we are providing drive through cinema, by the weekend we are realising someone's perfect wedding and at another point we can be installing state of the art equipment to a school, hospital or theatre; the variation is inspiring. At the end of the day I love how lighting, sound, stage can bring any creative vision to life at the touch of a button.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The want for variety - I wanted to be able to work the breadth of the country, I wanted to work festivals, installation projects, singular events. For me, it was about professional development, being able to learn from taking on a range of projects and productions.

We adopt a person centred approach to every job, we understand that one size doesn't fit all and we try to realise people's ambitions whilst taking into account any additional needs such as cost savings, longevity, impact, creativity and discretion. Our knowledge of equipment is exceptional and we can always bring the latest technology to our clients at realistic costs.
