Sam is your guy! Once his done some work for you, you will definitely be using him again. His standards and professionalism is above any company I have used in the past. Sam goes that extra mile and his attention to detail is spot on. Recently installed 8 cameras and DVR unit to which I then even gave him some extra work in installing some lights. Sam and his apprentice came today to fit two ring floodlights, a ring spotlight, a ring video doorbell, and Siren. They arrived when they said they would on our agreed date which we had moved due to other work going on in our home and this was accommodated without any issue. The guys promptly set to work, and they didn't finish until late in the day, much of the time working outside in very cold weather conditions. We didn't even see them stop for a break, great work ethic from them both. All the devices were expertly fitted, all the cabling was either hidden or nicely run, all the decisions made were discussed with us prior to work being done and the result is superb. Any damage to walls was made good, protectors were worn on their shoes without having to ask and at the end of their work there was no mess left behind at all. In addition, both Sam and his apprentice are just very nice guys, easy to talk to and very personable and all this for a very reasonable price. I wouldn't hesitate to use Sound and Vision Home Solutions again and would recommend them far and wide. My only wish is they done other electrics! Thanks for the great work! More...

I needed security lights and an extra electric socket installed. Amazing response time - I called and had a survey and estimate completed on the same day. Punctual - Arrived for the installation at the exact time on both days of completing the job. Superb workmanship - All the work was completed very professionally and as promised. I also had an extra minor requirement and it was completed without any hesitation or increase in estimate. Although there was a slight hiccup to the installation because the technician ran out of the material to install, he left the area very tidy and returned on a Saturday (since I wasn’t available any other time) and completed the job. Where do we start, firstly Sam came and gave us a visit and checked out the property before giving us a quote which showed he wasn’t like other companies randomly creating quotes. I’ve just had Sam and his team out to fit a big mounted moveable camera in my field so that I can keep an eye on my horses. I cannot begin to recommend him and his team more highly. From the very first interaction I had with Sam the whole thing was a delight. He answered my query about CCTV and came out to meet me exactly on time and as arranged. He came up with the most cost effective and productive solution and worked hard to get things done at a price that was acceptable. Him and his team turned up on time on the day of installation. They were all incredibly charming and polite and their work has been faultless. They have had to do various ground works in my damp field and have left things immaculate despite a lot of vehicles driving over wet winter grass and digging trenches for cabling etc. Someone took the time to rake everything back flat and frankly left things in a much tidier state than when they had arrived! They all worked hard to get my system up and running on time and I am currently watching my horses wandering around in the dark from the comfort of my phone in the kitchen. Not only that, Sam pointed out that they’d actually put in an extra cable in case I decided I wanted more cameras or lights in the future which I thought was wonderfully showing initiative and whilst seemingly obvious it wasn’t something I’d thought to ask for but am extremely pleased that it’s all there as I think I’d like to add some lighting at a later date. AMAZING 👏 just had Sam and Jake from sound and vision round I had a camera I bought online but was poor the solar rusted and only showed my front door and after having some scum steal my sons bike last Christmas day I wanted a better camera system.
I searched online to find a good company many were very pushy and even contacted the one advertised on tele who offered free stuff but they wanted alot more including having their own people watch it ( yea right) for a monthly charge NO THANKS so when I contacted Sound and Vision and spoke to Sam he explained things very simple and a week later I asked him to come round and see what I wanted.
The day came for it to be put in a rainy cold day they put the cameras in and to do the stuff inside they wore covers over their shoes and brought their own mini hoover to clean up they also put my old poor camera in the back garden for me without charge just AMAZING .
Sam then explained everything how the system works ect.. and when he was explaining another customer phoned for advise and Sam sorted it strait away for her,funny enough I did the same that evening and was explained and sorted their and then .
If their were 10 stars I would give it my cameras cover everything I wanted and can watch it live on my tele and all the family's phones for a very low price and great customer after installed service glad I shopped around and highly recommend.
