Tried therapy and it wasn't for me. Looked into life coaching and found Dina. She is truly a gift. From the first visit I knew she was my person. I always say I feel like she believes in me more than I believe in myself. Love that I can be completely honest and vulnerable with her and she is open and honest with me. She makes me look and feel deeper and use tools I've had all along. I look forward to all of our appointments. There's never a time that we meet that I don't leave feeling confident. Wish I could stick her in my pocket and take her everywhere with me. Ha ha. ”It was just 4 months into the beginning of my sessions. Through the grace of God and the help of Dina I found who I was, who I desired to be and who I am capable of being. I’m walking this journey of life, it has not been easy but it has been worth it. With each day I gained strength and believed in myself.
