Soul Food Factory in East Orange is one of my favorite local restaurants in the Greater Newark, NJ Area. Great Food, Great Ambiance for The soul!
! Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner will have you sitting at the table wishing you can't get up.... Whether you are by yourself or with a group 40-50 people you will enjoy every bite and possibly commit a dessert crime or two....
Peach Cobbler, Banana Pudding, Coconut Cake, Chocolate Cake....

First time visit, ordered breakfast for takeout And the fish was amazing. Whitings were seasoned to perfection. Quick and friendly service from the hostess to the chef in the back.

Very clean and cozy. The fish and grits are my choice from the menu, but I also love the chicken and waffles. The service and great and I generally get the same waitress every time. My iced tea was a little too sweet and the bathroom was cold, but other than that I am definitely a repeat customer. More...
