Thanks for reading - I consider myself down to earth, normal. honest.

I help busy people (mainly parents) get more done, whilst running businesses or working around family life.

This may include making things more simple and easy to run, automating processes that normally take hours, building better habits or simply getting clear on what really makes them happy.

I work as a coach or mentor, but am also trained in counselling skills, social media marketing and various other fields. The combination of this makes me a little bit like a creative tigger - bundles of energy, and I'm on your side.

I wont fill you up with unnecessary jargon, or make you do anything that you aren't comfortable with - I'm here to help you to find a better way, that works for you. Ideally, one that results in a happier, more flexible life.

I offer confidently clear calls - for those starting out in business to get their message crystal clear.

And Start-up Success Sessions - maybe you've got an idea, but you aren't sure where to even start to go about getting it into the world - These can be spaced out to allow you time to brainstorm, plan and execute, with a friendly helping hand guiding you through it all - and act as a non-biased sounding board for all those ideas.
