Where do I even start? I have a long history of working with SOS, both with a previous company as well as my current. Through the years I've been constantly blown away at the quality, consistency and creativeness that SOS brings to the table with their marketing efforts. I currently work for a commercial property management company that needed serious help when I came aboard 18 months ago. The short story is that they/we had just lost a MAJOR account and hadn't acquired any new accounts in over a decade. This was due to some changes in ownership, zero marketing and a general "old school" mentality around the office. I immediately went to work and identified the fact that we needed to spend some money to build a web presence and position ourselves as an industry leader. Having worked with them previously, SOS was my first call. We began brainstorming and ultimately settled on a strategic brand building campaign involving some video shoots, Google Adwords, Meta and LinkedIn. The first six months were tough as I had anticipated, but I had enough foresite to inform our owners at the outset that results were going to take time, so I had a bit of breathing room. By month seven, I was getting desperate for a conversion as ownership was now threatening to pull the plug on the campaign. I managed to convince them to tough it out for another 30 days. If we hadn't seen results by that point, my budget would have been pulled and I would have been back to the drawing board. 15 days later we landed one of the largest accounts in our company's 25 year history! Needless to say, we renewed our contract with SOS. lol Since then, I'm happy to report that we've signed no fewer than 10 new accounts in the past 6 months! We've had to hire two new employees to keep up with the demand and we've almost completely replaced the lost revenue from that major account loss. I'm anticipating we'll exceed the lost revenue within this calendar year. I originally contacted SOS media in hopes of building a site to help grow both my YouTube and other social media presence as an influencer. I gave SOS media a very vague plan with little vision. In just 4 months they were able to build me a completely custom design which turned out to be much more than I expected it to be. Even with little experience running word press SOS took their time to walk me through a complete tutorial on updating and running my site SAVING me tons of money down the line on site up keep. Throughout the process, Graphic designers at SOS created me a beautiful logo and adjusted any concerns I had about the site. I can't express my gratitude enough for SOS media helping my vision come to reality.
