Psychotherapy offers the opportunity for exploration of deep rooted difficulties and recurring problems in order to gain deeper insight into the issues you face. You can discover ways to manage your fears and feelings; finding clarity and acceptance. It provides a confidential environment where you can talk openly about things you might find difficult to discuss elsewhere.

I have 6 years experience as a UKCP registered Psychotherapist-in-training. I am in the final stages of a Masters in Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy at the Bath Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy. The training is thorough and rigorous enabling me to provide a stable and well-held space. ‘Humanistic’ means I honour and believe in the full potential and integrity of all people, and ‘Integrative’ means I can draw from many different therapeutic approaches and models, to work in ways that feel meaningful and suitable to you. I will work relationally and collaboratively with you to create a space where you can express yourself and your feelings fully, and process them safely, with my support.

As a psychotherapist in training I offer psychotherapy at a reduced cost of £40 per 50-minute session.


I work in accordance with the UKCP Ethical Principles and Code of Professional Conduct. All of my work is supervised by an experienced and accredited supervisor.
