Fantastic Silky Bouquets. I had been let down at the last minute by another service and called Silky Bouquets on a Saturday (they are not open Saturdays) and a member of staff who happened to be in the shop answered the phone. I explained what had happened and the flowers were for my 16 year old granddaughter who had passed away unexpectedly and in tragic circumstances. Ordered a double heart wreath for Christmas for my wife , and silky bouquets couldn't have been any nicer when I said the wreath wasn't like on the website , they where fantastic and sent me out another one , witch I might add , both wreaths where lovely, just that I wanted it to be right for me , the emails from silky bouquets where very nice and genuinely concerned about getting things sorted out , can't praise them enough and will be using them again , and would advise anyone to try shopping online with them , don't think they will be disappointed

I found Silky Bouquets online on Amazon after searching for some funeral arrangements for my mum. Unfortunately we left it too late for them to design what we wanted to post it to us. Plus they were closed after the Easter break and super busy!!!! What amazing stars these ladies are. They managed to help me out by finding one 'Mum' arrangement that they had prepared already! They prepared it for me, told me what it was and they have sent it off ready to be delivered in time for the funeral on Wednesday.
