Swedish Full Body Massage 60mins

Swedish massage is a therapeutic massage using light strokes to Increase blood flow, reduce stress , increased flexibility and improve your immune system. This is not a deep tissue massage and the aims of Swedish massage is to relax and unwind.

I use Almond or Grapeseed oil.

All new clients need to fill in a consultation form before any treatment can start.

I have a Diploma in Swedish Full body Massage which is accredited by the following;

IICT - International Institute for complimentary therapists
The Guild of Holistic therapists
INHA - The International Healers Association

I am also insured as a Complimentary therapist by Towergate insurance.
