I am a counsellor/psychotherapist and a Transformational Coach and work with individuals, leaders and professionals experiencing life, work or relationship challenges. I mentor and guide them to understand how the ' MIND ' operates to experience emotional well being , the state of our 'MIND' that affects every aspect of our lives.

SOMETHING ABOUT ME—
( I am based in the UK but work with global clients over the phone, face to face, on Skype or Zoom )
I am mother to my all grown up daughter and my itsy bitsy pooch called Charlie.
No one can avoid the turbulence , challenges that life throws at us ,as it's part of being human and being alive.
My journey of seeking answers for peace, contentment, happiness started over three decades ago from a profound place of sadness , dissatisfaction and hopelessness even though I had the financial success and all the trappings of those material things I thought lead to happiness . I was very successful at work , in any business I started but was just existing and functioning and not flourishing . I felt I couldn't trust myself and my life was a roller coaster of extreme highs and lows and I was sure I needed fixing , that something in me was broken and that someone out there had all the answers .
I then set out to learn, master , use my intellect , gather lots of information and invested thousands in learning the latest therapeutic modality, a new technique, strategy , coaching ,attending seminars , workshops and reading every book I could on self development .
Having had over a decade of experience as a Life Coach, a Counsellor/Psychotherapist in various modalities and having had traditional therapy and coaching myself , which all made me feel good for a while , I was always back to square one when life threw another new challenge at me .
After many years of searching for ways to feel better emotionally I came across an understanding of how the mind worked that made me it much easier for me to navigate my life, my business and my relationships and feel at EASE with my self, my world and and the world around me.
I now realise that how we see, "our world" is a state of our MIND and that we experience life with our ever changing experience of our moment to moment thinking and that nothing made of thought is real, as thought is a transient energy, ever present but continually changing forms.
I now feel inspired to share this with others .
