I have experienced two one on one sessions with Sonia and also her amazing Journey Dance workshops. I can't get enough! This woman is a true healer, she was able to pinpoint exactly where I was hiding and avoiding myself. She has an uncanny ability to hold space for us to come out of our shell and feel safe and comfortable enough to touch the most vulnerable parts of ourselves, where the pearl lies! What a wonderful experience doing the journey dance with Sonia. I brought my mom along and we had such an amazing time, we signed up again right away! Sonia truly does have a skillful way of taking you on a journey of releasing any blocks and embracing a powerful flow of joy, peace and eagerness within yourself. Wow! Sonia helped me uncover thought patterns and deeply held beliefs that were limiting me— she helped me see where I was self-sabotaging and holding myself back from achieving the things I REALLY wanted in life! This work— this SEEING—can be painful— but the healing balm is that the whole time— she was planting seeds of a new way, a new perspective — so that the new path was emerging the whole time we were unearthing the old patterns.
