Terrible, the "Therapist" Josh actually insulted me with a personal insult. I have never heard of that from tons of friends who have had therapy. Avoid this place at all costs, complete joke and this Josh was about as amateur and ineffective a therapist as one could get. He needs to be working at a Starbucks giving out advice. More...

I went through a couple solid years of therapy about ten years ago that I will always say saved my sanity and saved my life. I was a changed person - I wasn't letting the past run my life anymore - and I moved forward. But life sometimes catches up with you and throws curve balls and drops a little too much on your plate all at once. A phone call was in order. I made an appointment with Stephanie at YOUnique Counseling because I needed a 'tune up'. We spoke for about 45 minutes and I could tell that she understood where I was, where I came from and where I wanted to get to. She suggested that I speak with Dave about EMDR. I can't really put in to words how surprised I was at the transformation in my thinking, my outlook, my understanding and my overall clarity. I had no idea what skeletons were still rattling about - they were organized and in their little places and color coded and alphabetized - but they were ever present and they still played a big part in how I thought and how I reacted and how I lived my life. Dave helped me clear out that clutter and literally start a new chapter in my life. I'm pretty sure Dave is magic or has some weird superpower - but that makes him a Superhero in my book. More...
