Milan is the best. You will not regret using her as your personal chef. She’s patient, attentive, detail-oriented, highly communicative, takes feedback well, and really wants the best for her clients. Most of all, her food is DELICIOUS. Makes us look forward to meal times. Milan is our personal family chef and we so grateful for her kitchen wizardry. Milan made dinner for 7 people in my house at the end of September. It was the first time I decided to have someone cook in my house.
Getting the house ready is not big deal for me, but cooking for more than 4 people is stressful and food not always comes out right.
Milan helped to plan the menu. She did the shopping, brought everything to my house and cooked superb dinner!
Steaks were delicious, she paired very good red wine with the meet. My guest really enjoyed it.
For the first time I was not frantic about having people over.
I had a chance to talk to my quests and enjoy the dinner myself.
At the end Milan left my kitchen clean, all dishes were done.
She's also very professional and pleasant to work with.
I will definitely hire her again!

What do you love most about your job?
I love the ability to creatively work with my clients unique taste. Which allows me to not only meet their needs but also expand my style of cuisine. I love clients with an open palate, not a picky eater.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My grandmother passed away from heart disease and weight fluctuations. Her doctor's recommendations were to change her diet. I was too early in my culinary journey to help her as I would have liked.
However, my love for her moves me to infuse that same love to my clients when creating their dining experience at home.
Why should our clients choose you?
My clients are typically health conscious business professionals who often need a custom menu based on their unique dietary restrictions. So, I don't have set menus because all of my clients are different.
Rather that be cooked vegan cuisine as they fight cancer, GF, dairy free, autoimmune, chicken free or just health conscious individuals. I've had them all!
Having an herbalist and functional health background, I have a broad understanding of how the human body works and respects its processes. This allows me to know how to cater to specific requests without sacrificing taste, texture and flavor of food.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Being conscious to hands washed often, doing our part by wearing a mask/gloves while working with clients food and when possible keeping a bit of physical distance.
