By keep this way of thinking (out of the box), we came up with wonderful, taste-filled recipes that is Something All Nu! A fusion of Soul, Asian, and, Italian sounds interesting huh? How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
By finding out what type of occasion(event) they are having. Is it Elegant, Casual,Sporty or Fun. In some circumstances we will even design a new dish or to for the occasion.
What do you love most about your job?
Watching others enjoy our food. Serving other and just cooking in general.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The search for more choices, many restaurants can of choices. I love choice and different foods.
