I have been a member of soma fitness for four years now. They have been my light during the darkness. They lifted me every time I participated in a class and sometimes were the best part of my days. All the instructors are unique with their own individual approach, yet consistent with their instruction. Each instructor is challenging and they vary in degree of challenge which makes for a diverse and fun weekday environment. It is a place where positivity thrives and success comes in many forms. When I entered the space, I knew that it was going to be a good place to get my sweat on. I was greeted quickly and genuinely (which says a lot). I took two different class back-to-back and I can honestly say that I will be back! Both instructors that I had classes with (for Barre and Bounce) were personable, enthusiastic, and very professional.
