We have used Solutions on Demand for a few years now and they've never let us down. Called today with an email problem and it was fixed within 5 minutes! Can't ask for more!

Our old computer 'died' and took it your office to see if it was fixable. Given it was approx. 20years old it wasn't worth it and we were given excellent advice on what to buy from Ross. The installation was done very quickly and most of the files from the old computer were put onto a flash drive for us. Andrew has always communicated with us efficiently and quickly and never makes me feel like an old dumpling!. My printer was not working so I took it down to sod-it where Andrew took my details and said he would check it. Within an hour or so he phoned to say it had printed out a document and a picture! Result!! When I collected it later there was no charge and better still it started printing as soon as I plugged it in!! I cannot recommend them highly enough well done More...

I took my lap top to Jason at SOD-IT recently. He talked me through various queries that I had and booked my lap top in for further investigation. checked my laptop in with Jason, who accurately diagnosed the issues with it - he managed to sort it and get it up and running again. In between handing it in and collecting it, Jason phoned to update me on the progress and the issues it was facing. Upon collection he ran through everything on the laptop and showed me various ways to manage the laptop's performance going forward. Bought some hardware/software from John and his team about 2 years ago after numerous problems with another company. All my old data was transferred over without any problem and did not hinder my business. 12 months ago I had a website designed and implemented by Ryan and Martin which has had overwhelming results and drastically improved my business. Just as recently as last week I used them again for business cards and laminated signs. I took my laptop to SOD-IT after it got damaged by a badly placed cup of tea. I expected it to be a total loss. From start to finish the service was excellent. I was recommended to use Creo Design by a good friend. It then grew arms and legs and I decided that I wanted to use an other business under the same umbrella and I have not been disappointed. Got a new computer from SOD IT and I am delighted they came and installed and talked me through all I needed to know. The guys are always on the other side of the phone when you need them. So there I was thinking that I would attempt to build my own desk top PC. Wrong. It was not long before I realised that I was out of my depth. So, seeing good reviews for Sod-it I asked them if they would complete the job. They had to start from scratch correcting my errors. Result? They were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them and did an excellent job. I now have an excellent PC which I am sure will not give me any trouble. Thanks to Sod-it. Great service, got exactly what I needed, very impressed :)My lap top had become infuriatingly slow, I went in and had a quick chat with the staff at SOD IT and after a quick inspection of the spec of my lap top they said they could speed it up. I must confess I was a bit concerned about all my documents / files etc and I had everything set up just the way I wanted it but it came back just exactly how I left it.......but 10 times faster. They absolutely know what they are doing and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them :)It wasn't cheap but I wasn't looking for cheap, I wanted results and the cost was a fraction of a new lap top and without all the hassle that goes with it for someone as non techy as me!Due to being a high user of lap top / tablets etc with little knowledge (or interest to be honest) of how they actually work I find it extremely stressful when they don't work so I'll be off loading my tech issues on these guys from now on. Took our 7 year old computer which we thought had died and Gary had a look. He managed to get it up and running which gave me time to back up my data. Coding issue with my website, called my current hosting package with Go Daddy basically told me it was my problem and no help offered. So onto google and 4 hours wasted trying to find out how to sort it. got a recommendation from a friend to speak to these guys.... Martin came to the rescue in his superman cape and had it fixed in about 3 hours, potential customers able to send enquiries again and I was able to get back into my wordpress. all for a super reasonable fee, only wish is I went there sooner before reading streams on google about how to fix coding issues myself!!!! 2 words LIFE SAVER Thank you, thank you!! These guys are just brilliant! I dropped my (switched on) lap top onto a concrete floor corrupting the hard disk which meant I would lose 4 years of family photos! ! Took it to SOD it and they explained the process of data recovery in plain language. David up dated me about costs up front and chances of data recovery so I was totally kept informed throughout the whole process. Within a week they had fixed my lap top and recovered the majority of files for cheaper than quoted price!
