If you are looking for immigration solicitors who are not afraid to tackle hopelessly difficult and challenging immigration issues, then talk to Solomon Shepherd Solicitors. They are excellent guys, with vast knowledge and experience.My wife's settlement visa was due for renewal and at the time I lost my job. Her application was refused based on my unemployment and she was even threatened with deportation. As her settlement visa was in limbo she wasn't allowed to work either. You can imagine the hardship we went through. We approached Solomon Shephred Solicitors for advice and guidance regarding my wife's Visa status. After reviewing our documents and responses from the Home Office, they started the Judicial Review Process and assured us not to worry but to remain patient. Solomon Shephred Solicitors were also compassionate enough to allow us to pay the legal costs in installments. Before our case could get to Courts to appear before a Judge, the Home office withdrew the case as I was now in employment. My wife's settlement visa has been renewed and our legal "costs" refunded. My wife and I met with Isaac after my wife’s application was refused and was given no right of appeal. The solicitor before who made the application, and charged us an arm & a leg for doing so, was now running scared of the Home Office’s refusal. With minimal information, Isaac stepped in when my wife was detained working until late that evening to stop her deportation, prepare & lodge a judicial review and then secure her deportation. Throughout this time Isaac was always on call to us, always willing to patiently answer any queries or concerns, always offering considered advice that was in our long term benefit. Within in a matter of months we went from being in fear of what the Home office might do to us, to winning a high court hearing and then my wife being given her leave to remain. Where do I even start from with what ISAAC and his firm did for me!! For years I have been fighting to get my stay in the UK and spent so much money on solicitors. The last solicitor that let me down after paying so much money and refused to take my case further after my application was refused and was given no right to appeal. That’s when a friend referred me to a barrister who referred me to ISAAC. WOW! He was just God sent. I was detained after reporting to the home office since I was signing on and Isaac worked almost the whole weekend to try and get me out after taking on a case that at that time looked like a doomed case and took it on even though he was not there from the beginning of my application . He was so committed. Isaac is very professional , efficient and effective but at the same time very friendly and made me feel very comfortable even in the worst situation I was in. At one point , I nearly gave in and thought I should just give in but Isaac assured me to hold on and I was released from the detention centre. He worked tooth and nail to win my judicial review and I finally got my stay in the Uk. My family and I cannot thank Isaac enough for what he did for me and he is still so humble about it. You can call, text him and he will get back to you and never complain that you’re calling him too much. The firm’s chargers are soo reasonable it’s unbelievable. How I wish I had known of him sooner but I still thank God for him. Now my life is moving forward, can work, drive , go on holidays and just live life like a normal person. What a burden that has been lifted off me and as a family we are ever so grateful. I called a number of law firms for a quick general enquiry and most was not that helpful as they were very quick to get me off the phone. However I called Solomon Sheperd & the receptionist immediately transferred my call to ISAAC. He was very professional and very helpful in advising and explaining the issue to me. I called a second time after I forgot to ask another question and again I was transferred to ISAAC. Again he was able to help me and gave constructive advice. He took his time to explain things to me and not try to get me off the phone. I was very happy & felt relax after talking with him and was not charge for this service.
