John is very knowledgable in his field concerning realistic house prices for marketing to ensure that maximum interest in the property is generated and the best possible sale price is achieved. He took immense pride in how the property was photographed and marketed to highlight its best features. He showed a genuiine desire, and worked tirelessly, to obtain the best possible outcome for us - not just in terms of offers made but also in terms of reliability of potential purchasers. John was professional, polite and courteous at all times and, most impotantly for us, he was completely trustworthy. John Wyatt was effective and efficient from the first time we met him at the property we were selling. He organised viewings efficiently (we were not at the house when he conducted viewings). He was very quick to get the property advertised well, and when one buyer withdrew he got it back on the market that day. He got a high number of viewings and achieved our asking price.
