What’s your signature dish?
Our specialty is Southern and Latin Cuisine. Soleia's Gourmet Catering, LLC also have a Vegan/Vegeterian, Special Diet, and breakfast/brunch menu items.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Soleia's always listen to the customers and their needs. Each event is unique because each customer has different taste and expectations for their special event.
What do you love most about your job?
I love to meet new people and new challenges. It is so great to see when your customer is satisfied and happy about their overall experience from the beginning to the end.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have a Bachelor's degree in in Psychology and a Master's degree in Organizational management with a specialization in healthcare administration, but my love has always been decorating and cooking.
