What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
We have a complete questionnaire that we customize based on a client's industry or goals. Questions range from specific (what are the top three functions you want your website to perform?) to playful (if your brand were an animal, what would it be?).
Describe your creative process.
With over 15 years creating custom, beautiful websites for a wide range of companies and organizations, we have a fine-tuned creative process. We start with a kick-off meeting to determine the client's goals. Then, depending on the project, we often research competitors and other sites for inspiration. Once we have a solid understanding of the client's values, goals, and positioning, we develop content and design with a laser-focus on the clearest way to communicate a brand or organization's WHY.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
We like to have a sense of budget, timing, and overall goals before we start a project.
