Using various techniques I've never seen, and texturizing with regular & texturizing scissors, I emerged with a very different, more flattering style (in a rut for decades. ) She educated me on hair care, e.g., use cool/cold water when shampooing, use purple shampoo to maintain color, and OK to tease sometimes (I'd been reluctant to ever do this.) OMGOOOOSSSHHH....my husband and I had a couples massage (by Toni and Latonia) and our massages were nothing less than amazing--I had experienced Toni's lethal hands about a month ago so I knew that I was in for a treat---my husband was so in awe by Latonia that when we left, he asked me to schedule another one. ...he told me that the next time, he doesn't want me to talk during the massage and he said he had to tune me out and vibe with the music, Latonia's hands and the oil smell (LBVS).......I had mentioned that we were having a photoshoot done at the River Walk after our massages and the ladies went well-over-and-beyond and gave us the best experience ever!!!!!! They took pics of us and with us---I soooooooooooooo love this place..... the staff's kindness, compassion, professionalism and oh yea, the champagne truly made our afternoon EPIC!!!!!........we are grateful!!!!!
