Washington Heights bar and grill was an absolute delight to blow into a frigid night whole out on the hunt for a morsel to munch. The bartender was really outgoing and sincere. I circled the block about 5 times looking for parking. Eventually, I stepped inside to inquire about specials, he told that happy hour was about to end. I expressed my frustrations about my 20 min search for parking, which I still hadn't found yet. He said find a legit spot and don't worry about the time happy hour on me all night! Boom 10 mins later I was back, hungry, cold and ready relax. I had a ball and my friend didn't disappoint. Soon I was buying rounds and left full, happy and buzzed.
