I'm greatful for help there I have recieved. And I will be forever grateful to Tom he has helped me so much in ways even ways others in other offices had droped the ball greatful to Tom and life starI know lack of insurance coverage has been a struggle for me but I know that's because insurance doesn't understand how helpful places like this can be when they do that will change.

I've been to other counseling offices before, and LifeStar is one of the best I've ever used. They have strategies and solutions for individuals and couples to find help and healing from addiction. The staff are very professional, and the environment is healing and peaceful.I've worked with John Murdock and Ryan Raleigh. I've most worked with Ryan. Ryan has a powerful gift for helping others. He is compassionate and empathetic. He has great tools to work with emotions and problems that go far beyond just talking about issues. Many LifeStar therapists use emotional techniques that I find really helpful. I would recommend anyone see Ryan for their individual or marriage therapy needs.John is a great therapist and has a great rapport with clients. I have worked with numerous therapists in this office, through individual, marriage, and group therapies. Each experience was empowering, supportive, and helped me learn and use the tools I needed to heal and make a better life. I would recommend specifically Ryan Raleigh. I recommend him to everyone I know. He is encouraging, gentle, and compassionate. He is honest about hard things and supported me as I have learned and grown.
