I first got in touch with Bex when I found out my baby girl was in a breech position at 35 weeks and wanted to try reflexology to get her to turn naturally. I saw that Bex specialised in pregnancy and fertility treatment so didn’t hesitate to contact and I’m so glad I did. Bex has such a warm and caring personality which just puts you at ease. I could feel baby responding to the treatment immediately, Just one day after my first session and after following Bex’s advice, baby turned head down! I’ve just finished the beginners meditation course with Ollie. Im really glad I tried something new and had an open mind as I didn’t know what to expect from the sessions. Ollie has a very calm aura about him and clearly explained what would be happening and how to meditate. I was lucky to be in with a very powerful group and we all learnt a lot from Ollie. It really does help in a daily basis. I am hoping at some point there will be a follow on course. But in the mean time I’m looking forward to a one to one session with Ollie and maybe pamper myself with a treatment. More...

Whether its calming and relaxing sleep, to rising and shining in the morning, to connecting with spirit guides and releasing expectation, Oliver's approach is simple yet so effective. I was privileged to enjoy a meditation and sound healing session given by Oliver. 2 hours of bliss, the meditation gave time to deeply experience each suggestion but no time for your mind to jump in and wander, and the sound was of great variety, again beautifully paced each sound being individually enjoyed - and I felt terrific afterwards. I had an amazing reiki session with Oliver on Wednesday. he immeadiatly put me at my ease. He gave me a herbal tea to warm me up as we did the background questions. I felt comfortable talking about my emotional problems that were leading to physical symptoms. He got me to totally relax by teaching me breathe properly. He laid hands on, used bowls and humming . My anxiety which had been overwhelming reduced. I left without sweaty palms, no knotted stomach , no tight chest and my erratic heart rate gone. i was so impressed and l am looking forward to my next session. thank you Oliver I'm still practisin my breathing . Had a amazing Indian head massage with Leanne, never felt so relaxed in my life! Leanne could feel all the tension and worked her magic as much as she could. Recommended a deep tissue massage, and I for sure will be booking in for that! Next I met Ollie and had guided meditation and reiki. This is a long review but please bear with and read it all!!
I was lucky enough to be introduced to Bex’s for a tarot reading which pretty much summed everything up for me and helped me in areas I was unsure of Can really recommend Bex’s, I felt instantly at ease with her and she answered any questions I had without making me feel that it was trivial - she will also do a reading over Skype if you can’t get to the shop I will defiantly be going back to Sol for more treatments Thanks Bex’s x
After my reading with Bex’s we then called on Ollies ‘unique’ set of skills. Our house has become ‘lively’ with some energies that were causing us problems and we needed to ‘move them on’ And Ollie was definitely the right person for this! He came to our house and did some ‘space clearing’ and ‘re set the energy’ within our home. This was done through meditation and Ollie playing some brilliant instruments Our house is now ‘back to normal’ and a much nicer place to live in once again! Thanks Ollie x

Well where do I start, I have had several treatments from Bex, reflexology, back and shoulder massage, head massage and full massage with aromatherapy to name but a few. Yesterday I had a very much needed reiki treatment with Oliver. Oliver is a passionate and gifted healer with his own unique way of activating reiki in you.
At the start of the session my mind was unsettled and restless, definitely a bad case of 'monkey mind'. Oliver worked intuitively for the hour bringing a balance to both my mind and emotions. After the reiki treatment, Oliver offered me guidance on how I can empower myself to continue to help the healing process.
Today I have a better clarity of mind and I am feeling more grounded.

Yesterday i had my first massage with Bex.I was really impressed with her abilities as a therapist and received the warmest welcome at Sol Energies. I totally recommend Bex .She eased all my back pain away after 2 months of tension and helped me to relax ,let go and enjoy the treatment in a beautiful space !! Myself and my daughter have just recently finished a 4 week beginners meditation course with Ollie, we were both unsure on what to expect on the first session, but I cannot express how much we both enjoyed the experience. Ollie was fantastic and made us feel really welcome from the beginning.
