Great company to work with. Don't listen to the negative reviews, one guy claims to be getting spammed while he's living in China and the other is so disgruntled that he comes on here on a daily basis to upvote any negative review.
With that said, Softline really does care about its customers and genuinely tries their best to do what they can for you, and hey sometimes it doesn't work out, but it likely just means that pay per click just isn't for you.

Our law firm had been running our marketing campaigns in house for sometime but didn't have anyone dedicated to it so we were bleeding allot of money and missing out on leads. We liked the way the team at Softline consulted with us about the process and showed us how just some simple tweaks could increase leads. We were so impressed by the audit and consultation we signed on for them to overhaul and manage our Adwords account with new ads and landing pages. The number one thing I appreciate about Softline and our account rep Sam - I know we are in good hands and they are monitoring our account activity. I felt like I was wasting so much money on our AdWords - I knew our campaigns were not as effective as they should be and yet I had zero time to dedicate to going in on a regular basis to optimize. What inspired you to start your own business?
The inspiration behind Softline Solutions was to provide a different level of service that wasn't based on a vendor relationship but rather a partnership where we integrate as part of the clients team. The founders of the company worked for many years in marketing teams for major companies and were always on the other side of the relationship and involved with hiring agencies. What they determined was that not to many of them cared about long term relationships or learning the clients business so that they can make better marketing decisions. This is how Softline started, and why we are different than our competition.
