Terrible experience, the CEO is aloof and does not take escalations seriously, he employs incompetent staff that do not respond to their customers and you have to keep chasing to get anywhere.

Well last night was such an amazing night at the Softcat Ball and was one of the best nights of my life too!! Everybody was lovely and I was very privileged to have done a speech in front of 900 people and got a standing ovation from everyone in the room and most of them I didn't even know!
! If anything I would like to give a shoutout to Sumir, Mike and Charlie from Softcat for being amazing people and also to everyone who went last night who donated, made contributions to the night and especially to the two men who sponsored the Dream Trip to Paris! �
I'm still amazed we raised £243,000 last night but I know that money will go to a great cause! Also thank you Dreams Come True for also making this possible too and for letting me meet Peter Dixon and Romesh Ranganathan! Hope everyone had a great night last night! I definitely did!! �
