Fixed price TV wall install, couldn't be happier. House tried to throw a curve ball at multiple points, but experience and knowledge meant they overcame it with what seems like no issue.

I highly recommend Sean and Calum they are polite, professional, punctual and very skilled at what they do. They are fantastic problem solvers when it comes to wall mounting TV's and they advise you in a way that is respectful of your own views if they feel that there may be a better way of arranging the position and layout of things than you originally intended. They have clearly done this so often that there is very little that they have not thought of or encountered previously. Absolutely delighted with the result of 3 wall mounted TV's all electrical cables, hdmi leads etc supplied and concealed as described on their website resulting in a very neat and tidy finish that really creates a lot more space in your living areas. My wife advised - as she was the one at home on the second day of the install - that it is one of the few occasions that she has not felt patronised or spoken down to by male tradesman. Well done guys :) Finally, it is refreshing to experience tradesman in the North East of Scotland who actually turn up when they say they will, offer a very fair price and at the same time provide high quality work and customer service. Cannot say a bad word! We are in a rented flat and our (unused) ADT Intruder alarm went off. It was 11pm on Boxing Day and we were unable to get hold of estate agent or landlord(shock). Sean answered immediately and was at the flat within 20 minutes. Although it felt like a long time with an alarm going off, in hindsight it was an amazing response time for any day, let alone Boxing Day.Sean was able to disable the intruder alarm swiftly before realising there was some charring on our fuse box, completely unrelated to our call. Sean asked if he could investigate and found the circuit for lighting and intruder alarm was badly damaged by heat and was actively burning and exposing the copper wire. Sean was with us until 1:30am ensuring the circuit was safe with the spare parts he had available. Not once did Sean complain about being called out during the holiday period. Sean was extremely thorough and diligent in his work which is a great reassurance when something as annoying as an intruder alarm going off could have been something far more sinister. During his visit Sean was polite and friendly and provided regular dialogue and description of the work he was carrying out. Afterwards Sean also provided a written report, receipt (paid with card), and photos explaining the damage in technical terms. It was panic stations on Saturday night, water damage caused my downstairs sockets to continually trip, insurance company (Sheilas Wheels) said electrics were not covered ! Found Sean's details online, Sean arrived within the hour carried out some tests found the problem and repaired it along with another issue he had found. Very impressed with his professionalism and also his friendly manner and conversation it was as if we had known him for a long time, as well as a very fair price for the job. Sean installed a new shower for us last week. He could not have been more helpful or friendly - he gave me useful advice on the cabling size and what kind of shower would our system even before the job was arranged. When he came to install the shower he even installed some new pipe for us as whoever had been in the house before had done a shoddy job. The work was all immaculate and he went above and beyond to help us, explaining everything he was doing as he went along. Based on all of he positive reviews on google I chose S.O’Conner Electrical to install a new electric shower and to replace my old fuse box / consumer unit.
I am glad I did. The quality of workmanship is second to none, everything was explained to me before and during the work. A few unknown problems that were identified were fully explained to me, I was advised how Sean would correct these. It is clear that Sean takes great pride in his workmanship, the wiring in the new consumer unit was a work of art.
I am very happy with the level of service provide, the quality of the work and material received, the price paid which was very fair and as originally quoted.
