What do you love most about your job?
I absolutely love social media - I love the customer service aspect of it and being able to surprise consumers with not only great content but also with responsiveness to questions or issues they have. I also love Facebook and Instagram advertising. It's completely amazing how targeted it can be and how effective when done properly and with care. Even a small budget can have a huge impact.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started my business after working for year in large agencies and behind the desk heading up marketing departments for non-profits. The fact is, smaller businesses simply cannot afford a big agency and so many of the smaller companies and nonprofits out there deserve to be able to have as powerful presence as the big guys. I wanted to be able to serve that underserved group.

After more than 25 years in marketing and content development I'm still learning. Facebook and other platforms out there change EVERY. DAY.
