Q&As

A great website will be quick, responsive and informative. Attractive graphics that will engage the visitor, and a call to action are a must on the first 1/4 of the home page. Typically, you can gather contact information from a visitor who is interested in your services if you have compelling content and know how and when to ask for their information.

What is the primary goal?
What content will be provided or need to be created?
What is the time frame for this project?
What is the allowed budget (if on a monthly retainer)?
When do you wanted it started?
Is there anyone needed to collaborate?
Are you providing research, or does it need to be completed by us?

Once we have all of the information needed:
We research, then research....then research some more. We compare other similar businesses in the industry to get a SWOT analysis and idea of competition. This gives us an idea of what certain audiences respond to based on different metrics.
After we've done that, we'll start focusing on the content creation and copy for a post/ad. We'll start brainstorming and coming up with multiple varieties of images/videos/copy ideas until we find one or two that are the clear winners.
Typically we'll find inspiration for a creation by studying, researching and testing multiple ideas, colors, font etc.

What industry are you in?
Information on what marketing has already been done. (If any)
Current marketing plan (if you have one)
As much information on your target audience as possible including current and past customers.
Any images/videos you want used; do you want to provide some or all.
Access to all digital assets that we'll be managing and creating content for.
Information on which platforms have been, or need to be reviewed and optimized.
Set long term, mid term, and short term goals that are realistic.
Contact information for the person we would deal directly with, including best times to contact.
Proper paperwork and 1st months payment.

I love being able to help businesses of all sizes increase their brand visibility and growth.
Being a part of something larger than myself, that is rewarding and fun.
Not only do I get to continuously learn, but I get to exercise my creativity in ways most jobs don't allow.

The first inspiration came when a local family owned restaurant that I loved had to close it's doors.
I would frequent it often and came to know the owners quite well. I was heartbroken for them and myself (selfish, but their food was amazing!).
I just kept thinking "there has to be something I can do to help other businesses avoid this same fate", so I decided to just study; learning and enrolling in various courses/classes in different categories to allow myself to be knowledgeable in the social media/digital marketing world.
Soon, SocialFire Marketing was born.

We don't do contracts, and there's a 30 day money back guarantee. Why? Because we pride ourselves on being more like a partner, rather than a "for hire" agency. We want the businesses we work with to succeed just as much as they do, and are willing to go to great lengths to ensure that they not only succeed and are happy, but prosper at a sustainable rate. Our small team has a family mentality...so when you join us in this endeavor, you become a part of our SocialFire family.
