Social Lighthouse

I am a senior executive at a large organization in LA. Prior to joining the organization, I spent 10 years as a principle dancer in an international traveling dance company and operated my own wedding and event planning company. While my background isn't necessary for this review, I wanted to include it because I am innately aware of what is entailed within project planning, execution, and delivery. Additionally, I am extremely comfortable in creative spaces, and look for open dialogue and thought partnership when executing a vision. I was introduced to Stephanie, the Creative Director at Social Lighthouse, by my Chief of Staff after mentioning that I was looking for design work for a multi-month event from October to April. She responded quickly to my initial outreach, and maintained that level of responsiveness throughout the design process. She was open to my input, something not always common with creatives, and thoughtful about my aesthetic needs because she understood how important it was to me. No ask was too big (or at least that was how I was made to feel) and her patience with my event planner and I was astounding. In the end, the product (a custom logo design) was more than I could have imagined! I loved it so much that I contracted her again, leveraging the design from my previous engagement and modifying significantly for the production of collateral items (cards, stickers, buttons, and tote bags) that will make my personalized brand noticeable and long lasting.
