Helene came to microchip my cat Minnie today and was so friendly and professional. She explained the procedure and carried out the micro chipping calmly and swiftly. It is evident that Helene is a natural with animals and loves what she does. It’s fantastic that this service was done at home, without the added stress of taking Minnie in the car to the vets. Helene is our regular for our baby labrador Hero. she comes in twice a day for puppy visits, takes him for walks, plays with him. he was very poorly when we first got him and she look the time to make sure he was properly cared for including getting very familiar with cleaning his bum and ears. hero loves his best friend coming to visit him! Helene has looked after my 2 cats on several occasions over the last few months and I know that they are in the best of care. I love the continual updates and photos that she sends. Helene has recently started to walk my 2yr old Staffie Kyro & they couldn’t be a better match! He adores his new walking buddy!
