Excellent service. Really amazing cheese fries. $2 Bud Lught always, heck yes. It was a gorgeous day and we were waiing on a fourth member to our party so we just sat and chatted on the patio while we waited for them. We never felt pressured or rushed and enjoyed our time before and after our fourth guest arrived. Plus M-F from 3-7 they have a killer happy hour, fried pickles and fried mushrooms were legit. My wife and I went 2 days in a row. Then we took a friend for her birthday there. We love this place. The food was excellent! Compliments to the chef!!! I give this location a hard 5! The times we have gone, the customer service has exceeded my expectations. I have a very friendly 4 year old. The last time we went, she accidentally dropped her plate right after they placed it in front of her. You can imagine a 4 year olds reaction to seeing her ever so precious burger on the floor. Immediately a waitress, that was not ours, came to calm her down and retake her order. Shortly after, our waitress, came to our table to talk to her and offer her another lemonade. The manager then came out with a plate of fries to hold her over while they remade her order. He sat with her for a few minutes and made her feel very special. They absolutely did not have to do any off that, but they did and because of that, I absolutely love this place. By they way, I do not believe that is was an isolated incident. A couple weeks later we went with a fairly large group to celebrate a couple peoples April birthdays. Once again, the service that we received was superb. I wish I knew the managers and waitresses names to give them credit for their outstanding work. More...

We normally get good service at the Preston/Nw Hwy location and the burgers are always good, but last night I chose the chicken fried steak which was as a mistake because it was very bland and so was the gravy.
I thought the cook forgot to season it. I wasn’t going to mention it but they were very accommodating and I ended up getting a burger instead. They comped
my meal which I didn’t expect so I just tipped him what I would have paid for my meal.

Concerned for my food allergies, I asked a server if he could check the bread for the 2 allergens I am to always avoid. He alerted the manager who in turn checked with the distributor. Above and beyond ... I could have just not eaten the bread. The burger was cooked as ordered. The waitstaff was magnificent - total teamwork in checking up on me (and NOT annoyingly so). I liked place, but they need to get a better organized way for when Guests come in entrance. There needs to always be a Greeter and workers need to seat Guest. People were walking in and just standing at door for periods of time to be seated with nobody greeting them or anything. More...

We drove in from Austin to see a musical and a concert. (We moved from Mesquite to Austin 2 years ago) In between we decided we needed to eat dinner somewhere that we couldn't eat at in Austin.
Sniffers on Greenville was the ticket.
OMG how we've missed those cheese fries and burgers. It was every bit as good as the last time we were there. Perfect, perfect, perfect!
And to make things even better, Lindsey, our server, was AMAZING. Give that girl a raise!
