First time leaving our 9 month old Chow Chow with anyone other than family, but it definitely won't be the last! I love that they shared video of him while we were out of town. His tail was wagging so we knew that he was happy! My dog loves coming her for daycare or to be boarded.  He walks in they greet him by name. They post pictures of the pets playing on their Facebook pages which I love seeing what my dog has been up too. They keep the larger dogs separated from the smaller ones.  The inside play area is very specious.  There is an outside area for them as well.  Every time we pick our dog up he is happy and not traumatized like at some places. They spoil him and all the animals in their care which clearly comes across.  As a side note they keep the odor down which I greatly appreciate.  We appreciate the level of serious provided. Understanding that it is difficult to leave your pet in the care of someone because there is no way of knowing exactly how well that person will care for your pet is why I would recommend this place. The place was clean when I walked in and Linda was friendly and an obvious pet lover. No dogs were in cages. When I picked up my dog, he was happy and sitting in the lap of one of the owners! After a issue with the rover app I needed to find somewhere quick and found Snellville pet resort. I was told they were under new management and that they had fixed a few issues. The lady that checked in our dogs was amazing and the facility was very nice. Our dogs must have gotten lots of play time because they were super worn out when we picked them up. My dog had an absolute blast at Snellville Pet Resort today. When I tell you that this place is one of the TOP places to take your dog / cat, I am no lying. I was totally impressed with first off the smell as you walk in ( That said a lot) and the polite staff at the front desk. I must say that i was made to feel that my baby was in good hands. I have been a patron of this great establishment since it opened and have had nothing but the best experiences from everyone that works there! I travel quite a bit with my job and frequently board them or take them to daycare. My pets have never come home smelling foul nor have I ever seen anyone on the staff kick or treat the animals badly. This place is WONDERFUL!!! I took my dogs there for day care to help with socialization and it did wonders! The place always smells great and is always clean. The people are always incredibly nice and my dogs were always very excited to go which made me comfortable leaving them there for the day. Great people, wonderful facility and very trustworthy! Took our small dog there over night for the first time.  Very friendly people there and price was reasonable.  The only real drawback is that the outdoor area is just a small astro-turf spot out back of the location.  Overall, I think its a very convenient place to take care of your dog.  Seems like the staff was taking good care of all of the pets there.
