Morgan truly listened to me! He heard what I wanted in a position, and then took the time to go out, find the perfect fit, and sell me to them. It's hard getting an interview for positions where you haven't previously had the title. He connected the dots that I would be a good fit for my current company and vise versa. After giving up my career to take care of my special needs child and being out of the “working world” for 2 years, I was feeling very anxious and intimidated about every aspect of job searching. I, luckily, stumbled upon one of their job listings on a popular listing site. They contacted me immediately and I had an interview the next day (today). I went into the interview excited, yet apprehensive and quickly felt at ease once I started talking with the girls! I met with 3 different people, all of whom believed they have a handful of opportunities that are likely a good fit for me and everyone seemed to be very diligent and proactive with getting my resume sent to each of those employers. I had being looking for a job for a few months nowI have also apply to so many online hosts and staffing agencies, so I was not so trill to be call for an interview at this agency. Julia Ziegler was my interviewer, I was expecting a routine conversation, talk about my skills and all those kind of questions; but instead she make me fill very confortable and more than just my experience  we talked about what was my added value to the position I wanted, what was I interested in, and what was I expecting in return.It so happen that there was an immediate opening in a company that sounded perfect, she encourage me to fill all my information and do all the tests needed and wait for the company response.Long story short, I got hired, is a great job with the pay rate I wanted.Thank you Julia, not only for the opportunity, and the empowerment but also for the follow up after my first day.I wish much success to the agency, the  staff and all the candidates that come and apply.THANK YOU! I have used Snelling in Lubbock for the last two years and each time our representative Michael sent us help that was outstanding. I am not from Texas so I have not been very familiar with the area, but Michael went out of his way to send us the best help for our particular needs. I had the pleasure of working with Morgan at this location, and I'm really happy with the outcome.He was very personable, and I could be pretty frank with him when it came to what I was looking for and why I was wanting to make a change in my career path. I recently moved to Baton Rouge from Colorado and used Snelling to find work. Right from the start they were great. I interviewed in the morning and then had an interview right away which went great and I was offered the job. When the job turned out to not be the right fit for both of us, the ladies then called me to interview for a temporary position within the agency itself, which was perfect since I was pregnant so I needed something temporary. I was offered the position and again started right away. It was wonderful!!! All the ladies were very sweet and understanding. I was able to go to all my Dr appointments and if I wasn't feeling well and needed to stay home, they understood.
