I was looking for a gardener who i could trust for my elderly Aunt. Someone who could cope with fair size gardens and people who my Aunt would feel safe with as I am not always with her. What a relief it was to find Sheryl and her team! They came in last year and tackled the really overgrown gardens and left them looking so lovely. Great attention to detail and shaping of shrubs and trees were so pleasing to the eye. My Aunt was very happy. And so we began to have them regularly and still continue to be confident that we can leave them to get on with the work as their experience needs little intervention. We have used them for a number of years to prune trees and removing cuttings, leaving the garden in an excellent state.

Sheryl, Chris & the gang are wonderful, nothing is too much trouble. They look after my Mums large front & back gardens & do an amazing job weeding, tidying & hedge trimming.
They take all the cutting & leave it spotless.

I can not recommend them highly enough!
I have a huge garden and they take such wonderful care of it. I've used them from the initial huge garden clearance to get it back into shape and ever since for a monthly tidy up.

What do you love most about your job?
Before setting up Snappy Landscapes I started out at the Royal Botanic Gardens,Kew,London as an apprentice working my way over 5 years to Botanic Gardener Grade1 before moving on to Head Gardener positions.
It’s always good to see a garden transform and to get into shape again.
I like building the business,doing work admin,meeting new customers and getting my hard working guys set up with work. We are a good team.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Redundancy from a horticulteral supervisory and horticultural training role for Southdown Housing,Lewes in 2010. Not looked back.

Yes i can sometimes provide a broad brush estimate using photos sent to me. However mostly I have to see the work myself.
Hedging
Any size hedge trimmed and shaped with all waste taken away
Lawn Cutting
We mow all lawns regardless of size. Fortnightly lawn cutting round operates March-November.
Garden Tidy
From jungles to small areas to weed we will take on any tidy up and transform your space. Borders dug over and planted.
All waste removed.
Low Maintenance Areas
We will lay membrane then bark,stones or gravel to suppress weeds. Log roll fitted around borders to complete the effect.

Tree cutting
Trees or shrubs of small to medium size we can reduce in size.
