I love Christina's Pilates class...my only complaint is that I have to miss them when I work! They are a great workout led by someone who is supportive, and knowledgeable. Come try!

Snap Fitness is just the ticket for me. Friendly staff, great members, clean and we'll maintained equipment makes each visit a pleasure.
Another nice feature is all the windows that create a bright sunny (sometimes) atmosphere. Nothing better than watching the sunrise while bench pressing!
Bonus is most places I travel my Snap card gets me in the door so I have no excuses for lazy loafing.
I give West Salem Snap two thumbs up!

So glad to rejoin Snap Fitness, and be welcomed back with open arms! Jake was very friendly, and professional! :) (Took time out after an injury, then got lazy! ) Happy with the decent choice in machines; everything needed to get in a full body workout! And of course being open 24 hours makes it so convenient to meet our crazy schedules. We travel a lot, so glad to know we can use our cards on the go as well. They offer several options for membership which makes it easy to fit any budget, or situation. I wish we'd come back sooner, but better late than never! :) More...

I'm living in West Salem now and I need to have a gym close by. I noticed they are open 247, which immediately made me want to come in and check it out.
Today i finally had a chance to come in and I met Jamie. She was SUPER awesome! Very friendly, smiled, etc All the things you would expect to see in a customer facing buisness.
Second, she showed me the rates and holy heck, super affordable... another plus.
Thirdly, i asked if i could walk around and look at all the equipment... and man, lots of variety which is what I want to see. And the place is very clean. I dont feel like im walking in to a nasty prison yard or something.
Lastly, they offer classes. Im not sure if I'll be able to fit the yoga ones into my schedule, but that part is my problem. Just that they offer it and at different times is rad.
I signed up for a 7 day trial and after christmas is over, im going to be taking advantage of the pass.

It's a gym without all the fluff and for a good price. You're not paying for a pool, tennis court, racquetball or other extras. Just weight, cardio machines and classes. And most importantly...at a good price. More...

Nice people. Clean, modern facility and equipment. Excellent A/C in the main part (the classroom can get a bit warm). The Zumba classes are a good workout. Lower prices and easier terms than Courthouse. And with Snap you can work out 24/7. If you want the swimming pool, basketball court, classes with 50 people in them then Courthouse has that. But if you don't require those things, Snap is a great alternative. More...
