Everything. Great staff, excellent trainers. Everyone is so encouraging and supportive. Love that it's open 24/7 to fit anyone's schedule. Just the right amount of workout equipment and space. I visited/toured another much larger gym before I joined Snap two years ago and immediately felt very intimidated there. Original snap was supposed to shut down my account when they went out of business; that wasn't done. This club went above and beyond, made the cancellation policy very easy.
