I hate to give it such a great review as I feel it's really a well-kept secret in Charlotte and really enjoy I like how quiet it is, but this gym is excellent and well-managed, IMO. For instance, the men's restroom had the lock on its door malfunction recently and to my pleasant surprise it was replaced the next day. I have been to gyms where things like that would take weeks or even months to get fixed. As for the gym itself: I use nautilus exclusively and these machines are easily the best I have handled to date. They feel great with excellent spacing, placement, and grips on every variation/machine that I have used. I am very pleased with these units.There's also this huge Wall of Inspiration that is what I consider the highlight of this gym with pictures of past Snap Fitness events and it is really something that you must see for yourself.The *only* knock I can find on this gym is that there are not enough treadmills. Currently there are only four which leaves very little room for error in case one of them breaks down. But that has yet to be a problem and given the time that I use them (early morning) there has not been an issue in not getting onto one because it's too busy, etc. As I said, I hate giving such a good review here with hopes to keep it that way. ;)EDIT: Other notes of praise:1) I noticed that the lights were out on the parking lot in the early morning, leading to a potential safety issue. This is a lot/management issue, and not Snap Fitness, directly, but they sent the word along and the lights are now turned on in the mornings. Super awesome.2) About a week ago I noticed the pin on the bicep machine was broken from the strap. Within a week (the next time I used it), it was fixed. Very impressive.3) 2018/10/24: The best one yet: one of the treadmills finally gave way. It had actually been on the way out for a couple months now. This was a true test, in my opinion, as you never know how treadmill repair -- let alone replacement -- goes. It can take weeks or months. I've been to gyms where treadmills didn't get fixed for nearly six months, so call me jaded. Long story short here: we were told that the treadmill was to be fixed and returned mid-November (so about a month) and a completely brand new one was delivered altogether yesterday, complete with a low profile so you don't accidentally smash your hands into the frame as you run. This Snap Fitness would do so much better if it was in a more visible location. Didn't know it was even it existed until I Google searched Fitness Charlotte.

The owner of this Snap Fitness is very professional. It was very simple to sign up. Very nice facility everyone was very friendly. I would highly recommend this gym.
