How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I talk with my clients in full detail of what it is that they want in a meal. I get a budget to work in and work my magic with food.
What do you love most about your job?
I love to cook a meal and hear all the compliments from satisfed Customers
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always been in Business for myself. I started working for my parents at a young age and worked for them for 18 years. They sold the business and I started a Yogurt business and had that for 5 years, I sold that business, and worked for a caterer for a couple of years and I went back to what my Father taught me. If you want to have something done right do it yourself. So he I am 18 years later and I am still loving my work as a caterer, and teach cooking classes once a month.
