Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. I called today as we were having a bit of a dilemma getting a sofa in and the only way was to take out the window frame. Our call was answered promptly and then the service was offered within the hour at a great price. We are based in Whitley, Goole and a local service turned down our job - SMS are based in Bradford and came and do the job the same day!! I contacted SMS Glazing on 11th August to get a quote for replacing 28 double glazed panes due to most of them being clouded. I requested a quote for 6mm single glazing, so that I wouldn't have the same problem in future. Simon at SMS asked for a photo of the window and the dimensions of the panes from which he prepared a quote. I checked several other firms but decided to go with SMS, as the quotation was far less than I had expected.I contacted Simon and arranged for the work to be done today 20th August.SMS arrived at 09.30a.m. and finished approx. 13.30. They did an excellent job covering our carpets and furniture with sheets before they started and tidied the broken glass etc. as they worked.They did a final vacuum inside and a thorough sweeping outside once they had finished.The workmanship was excellent and I have no qualms about using them in future or recommending them to anyone.Thank you SMS.
