What do you love most about your job?
Our Estate Agency staff love that moment when new house buyers come to collect their keys to their new home, full of radiance and happiness. For our clients its not just buying a new home, its the start of a larger family life or a new career path, a change in lifestyle or a number of other reasons to be celebrating.
As a mortgage broker It's about the relationships we form with our clients over a number of weeks, the shared success in helping our clients achieve their property buying goals and the repeat business our clients bring to us as a reward for the great job that we do. Mostly it's forming long-term relationships with our clients and being the best at what we do.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We are passionate about property and we felt that we could deliver an estate agents and a financial services business that would challenge the rest of the property market in terms of the value it offers clients and in terms of the overall service we deliver. As a modern, dynamic business we evolve our business as the property market evolves, we take action in a way that clients would want us to and we demonstrate initiative in a property market that is too often reactive.

As an estate agency we offer excellent value as service to our clients and genuinely enjoy what we do as a profession.
As an independent mortgage broker I pride myself on 1st class mortgage advice and excellent service. In addition I offer one of the best mortgage brokering propositions around in both the scope of what I can access for both mortgage and insurance business and in saving our clients money - because we don't charge them a broker fee unlike many other brokers. Instead we get paid by the lender or insurer and we are transparent with our clients as to what we are paid.
