Couldn’t recommend them more. Furniture was moved safely, efficiently and without damage of any kind. Leon and Pete were lovely - gave me a lift from the old flat to the new, put furniture back together for me, even unclogged a bathtub drain left by previous tenants! Phil and his team were on time and quickly assessed the removal task.As this was a downsize they helped moved items which were not being removed. I contacted smooth move about a price . Mitch came round and had a look and gave a competative price for what we needed as we were moving small stuff ourselves. We paid a deposit to secure the date. Phil and his team were amazing. On the day they arrived before their estimated time, which was great bearing in mind that had to travel 4 hours to get to me. On arrival they asked me to show them around so they could assess the loading order. During the whole time they were friendly, very polite and even put items in my car that were heavy for me to lift. I had a situation right at the end where I had to call out an emergency plumber, this meant that Phil and his team were delayed loading the last items on the van and not once, did they complain.They now have my items in storage waiting for me new home to be completed. This was the first time that I had moved house and used removals and I have to say from start to finish Smooth Move were amazing. The two guys that came were really friendly, helpful and professional. They dismantled my beds and table and put them up again the other end, as well as offering to help me manoeuvre things so I could fit them in!!
