I walked in and was greeter by a friendly courteous man. I needed a glass tank for my SMOK vape. The man did not have the size I needed in his stock of boxed glass tanks by SMOK, but proceeded to unwrap every loose glass tank he had in a small box to see if he could find a match. Didn't find a match, but since I am traveling I purchased a new model of a SMOK starter for $25 and 3 boxes of glass tanks so I wouldn't get stuck again without a functioning vape. He opened the box and set up the starter for me to make sure everything worked well. In attempting to help, I accidentally damaged a coil and he gave me a coil from an opened box for no charge. I did apologize and thanked him for this courtesy. One stop shopping and a VERY pleasant experience. When I was leaving the store and thanking the man I asked what his name was. "Rich" he said with a smile. "The owner!" I said. He nodded and off I went. So grateful. HAPPY SHOPPER! More...

Smokin Rich's is a great shop with an awesome staff! During 420 cannabis smokers were everywhere and so was the smoke. Rich's sales an awesome odor eliminator. ...it's called Freshino! It really gets the smoke out. Ask about it! More...

I had a fine experience here, purchasing an (ahem) alternative smoking pipe. I guess I'm more picky than some, having struck out at numerous places, including the nearby dispensary, who steered me here. The young lady staffing the store was friendly and helpful (without being pushy) and I found one that works well and looks great. If I had a clue how the more traditional part of their business was to deal with I'd feel ok giving them a fifth star, but my tobacco days were decades ago, and are not scheduled to return. They do appear to be likely to have whatever you're in search of, if smoking is involved and meat and fish are not. More...
