We had Smithers Purslow run a difficult insurance claim for us. We had one of their structural engineers ‘David McLaughlan’ work with us in an attempt to diagnose and resolve the issues we were experiencing. David has done an outstanding job on this claim in relation to diagnosing, understanding and being a big part of the the solution to the problem. He has interacted with all parties involved giving everyone ongoing updates. He was the person who put together a detailed critical path of what needs to happen, when and to what specification.
