Everything was Excellent!! They are how they described themselves: #1 NYC photobooth! My event was last night and all my family and friends are still talking about it. Had a birthday party for my mom in law. There were people of all ages and sometimes it is hard to take pictures of all of them. Everybody took pictures in the photobooth and had a blast!! They all loved the prints! They printed so fast!! Had the unlimited prints option. They were so attentive from the moment I called to reserve the date and time. I had Steve as the photographer. I would love to thank smile u are famous! They did such an amazing job with my family. Rob aka Tango was my phot attendant and would highly recommend him. He was truly fantastic,patient,kind,respectful and simply amazing. He not only catered to my aunt who we were celebrating her 70th bday but also to all the kids and adults. He made it a point to give us the most memorable and awesome pictures. This was a gift from me to my aunt and she loved it. I'm sure Rob can agree as she did not leave the booth and that was the point of having it.  She was like a child in a ice cream or candy store. Thank you for such great service. Great job last night, our wedding was a blast and it was a highlight of the night! The host was professional and everyone had tons of fun at the wedding at the photobooth. The gold backdrop we went with was great on the pictures!I'm taking one star off, because we were not 100% pleased with the final edited design of layout for photos as we were "capped" with number of edits (understandable since they offered more reasonable prices than competitors) but we did not find the outsourced graphic designer's passive aggressiveness towards our wedding ideas very professional. Obviously when it comes to wedding planning, it's expected that final results are as close to customer's wishes as possible.Other than that, my now-spouse and I highly recommend Smile U Are Famous for any event! Before arriving in the morning they called to reconfirm everything. AJ and his female assistant were fantastic. They were very attentive to all the peoples pictures needs. Best decision I've made to gift for a sweet 16! The whole party had a blast with the cool props that the booth had to offer. Also the strips were so cute! Emailed response in less than 24 hours, literally instant response. You receive sample templates for you to pick. The design team, worked with me with what I wanted for design. The personnel for day of appeared on time and did their set up in a timely manner. They did the job! They were courteous to the whole party! Manners is everything and they exceeded that. The quality of photos was AMAZING!  You don't have low quality pics here, nothing but the best. I received the digital pics that were taken that night. Thanks to AJ & his help! Best Service EVER! I ordered a 2 photo booth session for my sisters bachelorette party. The photographer ROB came early, set up quickly and was very professional.
