Q&As

1. Relevant domain: domain name (i.e www.domain.com) should be related to business, location and/or industry.
2. Fast loading times: website should not take no more than 1 second to load. Anytime past 1 second means a loss of website visitors (and leads).
3. Security: website should have proper firewall. 24 hour malware scanning software should be installed and monitored. Strong passwords are highly encouraged.
4. Simplicity: Websites should not have too many graphics, buttons, and excessive, irrelevant content.
5. Automated music or videos: This should be avoided at all times. This turns off visitors who may not want to hear any music at all (I know I don't).
6. Mobile-friendly: website should be able to adjust to any screen without compromising the look/quality of display.
7. NAP (Name-Address-Phone): These should be prominent on the header and footer of website.
8. Blog: a business blog should be present. It gives more authority to the website and you as a business owner.
9. About us/services: website should have a page dedicated to explaining the history of the business and what it does.

-What are your goals for the business in the next twelve more months?
-Do you intend to grow the business or customer base, or get a certain type of customer?
-What type of customers do you want more of, and for what services?
-How much do your services/products cost? Can you take on more of these customers?
-What is the lifetime client of your customers?
-Who is your best customer and how long have they been working with you?
-How do you track your results for marketing?
-How much do you charge a typical client for X product/Y service?
-How many people come to your establishment/visit your website per month?
-Do you believe that advertising and awareness can grow your business?
-What are your biggest problems right now?
-Do you see marketing as a long term investment or short term thing?
-Optional: do you have a process in place to increase your sales conversions?
-If I could help you get the best customers (that want X service/Y product), would that be of value to you bearing in mind that the lifetime value of a customer is $XXXX?
-If you had a silent sales team that represented your brand positively, and would bring you leads interested in (X product/Y service), what would you pay them per month?

I love to be the game changer for many small business owners who are lost as to how to compete with the big fish in their industry, improve their services, help their community, and get the very best that their business deserves. I want to take your small business to the next level because I believe that small business is big business.

As I was walking through my neighborhood and analyzing the various small businesses, I noticed that the vast majority of them had very average websites (to put it politely). They barely posted anything on their social media pages, and they could use a graphic designer (or two).

Another thing I noticed was that I could barely find their company on google. I had to go to the second, third, and even fourth page of google just to see if their company even existed. Any other person would have gave up searching after the first page.

In fact, while conducting my research, I learned that over half of small businesses do not even have a website, a social media page, and/or a marketing strategy. For some of the ones that do, it could use some work.

Why am I fussing over small businesses owners getting their online presence in order? Because it is absolutely crucial if they want their business to not just survive, but thrive. And in this day and age, if you don’t have an online presence, you are going to be left in the dust.

I have noticed plenty of businesses in my neighborhood that provide awesome services, but don’t have any plans put in place to take their business online, basically shooting themselves in the foot. They’re decreasing their earning potential, diminishing their credibility, and impeding their advancement in their industry without even realizing it.

The rest is history.

Simple: ultimately, clients want more customers. More customers means more sales. My specialty is my no-nonsense, direct, holistic, and thorough approach to marketing to increasing businesses' online presence to earn more customers and thus get them more sales.
