Throughout our lives we have thought “We have to start to exercise” but we have never done anything more than think about it. A few stops and starts, but nothing that would stick - super frustrating and disheartening. We’ve wanted to do something but, we didn’t know where to turn. Ashlee was recommended to us by an acquaintance so, with some trepidation, we thought we’d give her a chance. Our thinking was, how do you convince two middle aged people who hated gym class when they were in school (and haven’t darkened the doors of one since) to believe that there’s hope for fitness for them too? Well, ask Ashlee, because she has done this for my husband and I. We’re on week 8 and the results include weight loss, reduced inches, and, most importantly, increased strength and endurance. Ashlee has customized our training sessions to match our physical limitations while being sure to always challenge us to push to best ourselves.
